WSS2.0
The logo for WSS was selected by conducting a poll of 4 logos (same logo with different colour combinations).
According to me, it's not just a logo! It just expresses the whole idea of the project.
The logo is 'W' shaped which is the first letter of this project
(W for Wireless). At the top of the logo a Wireless symbol has been given and at the bottom an electricity symbol (which can be treated as 'S'. S for Switching).
In short, The logo expresses a link between Wireless technology and Switching.
Here is the logo which I initially designed for the project:
WSS2.2 & above
To make the logo look a bit classic it was modified to the above one by removing the shades and glows but keeping the meaning intact. This is the current logo for WSS.
iWSS
For iWSS, 'i' was added in front of the original WSS logo which stands for Integrated. It is directly connected to my home's circuitry and thus the name.

- The letter 'S' had to stand out and thus it was made different from all other letters.
- The logo should contain my favourite Green colour shade and thus it was given a touch of green.
- Should be more attractive as it was the name of my new beginning.
